Welcome!

FAP is a school.

We offer a series of classes, each one building upon the previous one in a progressive series meant to help the student gain expertise at a reasonable pace as well as providing a weekly opportunity to practice. We strive to achieve a balance between transformative experiences of energy and the deeper understanding that comes from patient and consistent practice. We strive to help members fi nd balance across the four “bodies” – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual – to promote joyful and productive lives. We provide the fertile ground for growth that allows each student to progress at a pace they are comfortable with. We offer teachings that incorporate wisdom from many traditions in the hopes that those who are seeking guidance regarding the meaning of life and right principles of living will fi nd the spiritual elements that fi t their own personal journey.

FAP is a community.
